Pierrevives, Montpellier, France-The most important building by zaha Hadid since Guangzhou Opera House opened at the start of 2011. It is on a major scale, but more than that it is almost without compromise, a huge example of the architect pushing her fluid style to limits other architects can't reach.

Jockey Club Innovation Tower, Hong Kong, China-The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) has topped out of the Jockey Club Innovation Tower on its campus. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects the 15-storey tower will become the new home for the PolyU School of Design and the newly established Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation. The new building will be 76m high.
Galaxy SOHO, Beijing, China-This project is a 330,000 sqm office, retail and entertainment complex. The architecture is a composition of five continuous, flowing volumes that are set apart, fused or linked by stretched bridges. These volumes adapt to each other in all directions, generating a panoramic architecture without corners or abrupt transitions that break the fluidity of its formal composition. This is yet another major buidling completion by architect Zaha Hadid, and coming so shortly after pierrevives it cements the studio's worldwide reputation. Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum, Michigan State University, USA-Designed by Pritzker Prize-winner Zaha Hadid, the 46,000 sqft Broad Art Museum at MSU features a striking façade of pleated stainless steel and glass, making a clear and positive contrast to the traditional campus buildings close by. The building will present a collection of more than 7,500 objects, ranging from the Greek to modern art. The building features galleries for special exhibitions, modern and contemporary art, new media, photography and works on paper.
Kasumigaoka National Stadium, Tokyo, Japan-Zaha Hadid Architects has won the international competition to build the new National Stadium of Japan. The studio was selected ahead of 45 other international architecture firms for the US $1.62bn development. Japanese architect Tadao Ando chaired the jury which included British architects Richard Rogers and Norman Foster. Ando praised the fluidity and innovation of Hadid's design and how it complements Tokyo's landscape. "The entry's dynamic and futuristic design embodies the messages Japan would like to convey to the rest of the world," said Tadao.
Pleated Shell Structures, SCI-Arc Gallery, Los Angeles, CA, USA-Oct 25 2012 - Zaha Hadid’s installation at the SCI-Arc Gallery represents an "evolution of architectural methodologies related to self-supporting, curved surface geometries". The show combines parametric design (algorithmic form generation) with research by 20th century designers such as Frei Otto, Felix Candela and Heinz Isler. House for Naomi Campbell, Moscow, Russia-This is a futuristic home for Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin and his girlfriend Supermodel Naomi Campbell. Zaha Hadid was asked to design the residence to look like a spaceship. The extraordinary home features a tower that pushes high to gain good views.
